Nona Renee Murphy, age 44, of Helena, Alabama passed away on August 4, 2019. She was born in Canoga Park, California on August 24, 1974. Nona graduated from W.A. Berry High School and received her accounting degree from Auburn University and her masters degree in accounting from UAB. She was a member of Sigma Kappa while attending Auburn. Nona was married to Justin Michael Ingram on January 6, 2009.
Nona worked in accounting her entire career. She had a passion for painting, was a gifted swimmer, and was always enjoyable to be around. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her beautiful daughters Collins Marie Ingram and Maci Claire Ingram; her mother Marcelle Madonia and her step-father Frank Madonia; her brother Phillip Murphy and his wife Brandi; and her step-sister Jessica Hill and her husband Matt.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 7 from 12 PM to 2 PM at Southern Heritage Funeral Home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, Alabama 35124. Graveside Service will follow at 2 PM at Southern Heritage Cemetery.
