On September 25, 2019, George C. Winter; beloved husband of Marlene C. Winter; devoted father of Dale Winter and the late Ronald Winter; loving grandfather of Meghan, DJ, Adam and Brian Winter; cherished great-grandfather of Ashton, Christian, and Bailey Winter; dear brother of the late Dorothy Winter and Charles N. Winter; and uncle of Brian Bauer.

Graveside services will be held at Gardens of Faith Memorial Park 5598 Trumps Mill Rd. Baltimore, MD 21206 on Tuesday October 1, at 12 Noon.
