Lily "Edie" Edith McKinney

She was born October 28, 1944 in Peru, IL to James and Violet (Mount) Kneebone. She married Dalton McKinney April 21, 1973 in Morton, IL. He preceded her in death September 15, 2014 in Peoria.

Her parents and her beloved dogs Ginger, Teddy, Sheena, and Oreo also preceded her in death.

Surviving is her daughter, Heather McKinney and one sister, Joy Kneebone both of Peoria.

Edie worked as a bookkeeper with Morton Pottery, then as a bookkeeper with Tazewell Publishing and finally as a bookkeeper with Jumer's Castle Lodge in Peoria before retiring.

Cremation will be accorded and a burial of the urn will be at a later date. Arrangements are with Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria.
