I've known Lorenzo since the 6th grade. He was one of my best friends in HS. We always played pick up games of basketball, football, & softball. Most of the time we played at Newman.   He was very outgoing, smart, and athletic. His other best friend was Joe Coker. I remember when he was first married he drove a huge 4-wheel truck and lived in a nice hone with wife. They invited me to their home for dinner. They made tacos. There were delicious. Lorenzo was caring and thoughtful. His passing was unexpected to me. I feel like now I'm missing part of my past. I was going to reach out to him when l found he passed. I wish his family the best. Lorenzo will be missed dearly.
