Shirley Marie (Bell) Hamilton, 85, of Poteau, Oklahoma passed away Monday, November 25, 2019 in Spiro, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Liberty Chapter in Fort Smith.

Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, November 30 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with inurnment at Bloodsworth Cemetery in the Tate Community.

She is survived by her husband, M.C. Hamilton; one son, Robert Hamilton of Greenwood; one daughter, Sherri Daniel of Poteau; one brother, Stanley Bell of Front Royal, Virginia; two sisters, Eva Hodge of Sedro-Woolley, Washington and Judith Hodge of Sacramento, California; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Calvin Shane Hamilton.
