Darnell Paul Parks

He was born on November 7, 1979 to W.L. Parks Sr. and Elizabeth (Elk) Parks in Silvis, IL. He grew up in Bettendorf and lived in Davenport as well.

Darnell was a very passionate, private and stubborn person. He loved making music, tattoos, video games, and his three dogs. He was always taking things apart to see how they worked. He had a huge heart and loved his family, friends, and animals. He also loved a good challenge.

Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Russell Elk (Bonni), Willie Parks (Brandy) and Cade Parks; aunt, Francine Counter; girlfriend, Mandi Vanderveer; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
