Mary Lucille Buford

Lucille loved and followed her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Beloved wife of David Alsey (Bud) Buford for 65 years. Devoted and loving mother of Jo Ann Buford Spiegel(Cary). Daughter of the late Charlotte Argent Lovelady and William Daniel Lovelady. Daughter- in- law of the late Lucille Parks Buford. Sister of Robert Lovelady(Joannie) and the late Wilburn Lovelady(Hazel Mae), Henry Lovelady(Lula Gray), Arthur Lovelady(Frankie), Ruth Lanell Lovelady, Ruby Lovelady Spanick(Joe), Estelle Lovelady Dennis(Frank), Hazel Lovelady Wallace and Annie Mae Gant(Vernon). Sister-in-law of William Hartley Buford(Sara Nell) and the late Carrie Lou Buford Worrell(Freeman), Joyce Buford Herring(Jack) and Lois Upton Lovelady. Proud Grandmother of Joshua Paul Spiegel(Michelle) and Candace Elise Spiegel Yarnell(Shawn). Proud Great Grandmother of Carlie, Jackson, Thomas, Soren, Isla and London. Also survived by nieces and nephews. She is finally home with Jesus. She deeply desired that everyone would accept Jesus and join her in Heaven for eternity.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 7, 2020 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Enon Baptist Church, Montevallo Hwy, Centreville, AL. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Lee Collins and Rev. Alan Cunningham officiating.
