I was shocked and saddened to hear of Jamie's passing.    It seems like yesterday I met Jamie for the first time, in reality it 25 plus years ago.   Years pass and you know there will come a time we must all cross over......yet it is still the hardest thing to except when it becomes your reality.  My dad told me many years ago, "we didn't all come together, and we all won't get to leave together" I guess he was right.  Sadly we say our good byes to a  man that was loved and respected by all who knew him.  May god be with Vickie and remaining family in the weeks and months to come as they mourn the loss of a truly amazing man.  

Jamie was always friendly and had that beautiful smile.  You were an asset to your family and those that knew you.  May God's grace give your family and friends peace.  Will miss that
 wonderful smile.

I remember my first encounter with Jamie @ PPI, he made me laugh so hard @ finding out where I was from and shared some stories.  After that he always greeted me with a smile and his remarkable sense of humor. You could hear him from quite a distance a way and knew he was filling someones day with happiness just by being himself and flashing that contagious smile.   You don't find many like him and he will be greatly missed. To the family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Nothing said can take your pain away, but I do hope the memories will see you thru until you see him again. May God comfort and give you peace in the hard days ahead. Where do i even begin how about the blessed day i met you through my brother Jamie Ross and with that being said i can't thank you enough for being an amazing friend no family member to him and us my brother thought of you as a brother you meant so much to him thank you for always being a shoulder for him when needed and a stern hear and hand when needed. And as for me and Bo the old cliche you always had a smile on your face is ol so true it was incredibly contagious even if you wasnt feeling it the talks we had (and you know what they are) will always be cherished we love you and vickie so much with that being said this is not good bye but we will see you later prayers and peace that surpasses all understanding to your family GOD BLESS ,Deanna Bo Roadcap and Jamie Ross

Jamie,   When I first started at PPI you were one of the first people to talk to me like I was always part of the team and family, It’s hard writing this but I know you are no longer in pain and in a better place.  I’m praying for your family during these times and I’m always here for you Cody.  Jamie, you are a very genuine straight forward individual this world lacks more of,  I still owe you that car ride and one day I’ll hold my promise.  Love you Jamie and you are always going to be missed!

I will never forget back in 1984 when Andy and I starting dating, y’all’s house was the first house he brought me too and Jamie and you both welcomed me with open arms! I have so many memories of Jamie.. first time I met him I was in my teens and he had the most amazing head of long hair!! He had a sense of humor and comedic timing.. he was quick to point out lots of things to get your attention.. he  loved his wife Vickie with a passion and the pride in his son was abundant.. my heart goes out to the whole Norman family and I pray God wraps his arms of comfort around each and everyone of you.
