Forrest was a member of Pentecostal Faith Assembly. He was a World War II Army Veteran. He retired from RCA as a line worker and tester. He enjoyed being outdoors, doing yardwork, listening to country music, watching the Green Bay Packers and spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
Forrest is survived by his two daughters, Sammie Dillman and her husband Steve and Teddie Jean Bradley and her husband Charles; a brother, Kenneth Sare; six grandchildren, Brian Hamblen, Regina Hamblen, Brad Michael Bradley, Doug Sare, Carrie Sowders, and Bruce (Julie) Dillman; several great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Sare; his son, Danny Wilburn Sare; two brothers, Bill Sare and Bert Sare, Jr.; and a grandson, David Sare.
Funeral services to celebrate his life will be held at Valhalla Memory Gardens where he will be entombed in the mausoleum. Services will be officiated by Brother Michael Douglas.
