Arsenio is survived by his spouse, Rasalita Alaba Torrevillas; daughter Hannah Ortega; daughter Sarrah Torrevillas; and step-daughter Airra A. Bellaflor; grandson Christopher T. Ortega, granddaughter Jacklyn T. Ortega, granddaughter Catherine T. Ortiz, granddaughter Amanda T. Ortiz, grandson Dariel T. Irrebaria, granddaughter Hailey Torrevillas, granddaughter Riley T. Ortiz and grandson Adrian T. Ortiz.

Arsenio was preceded in death by; father Ventura Torrevillas and mother Maria C. Torrevillas; brother Nemesiano Torrevillas; brother Benjamin Intoc; brother Saturio Intoc and brother Vicente Intoc.

A visitation for Arsenio will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Rd., Delano, CA 93215. A rosary will occur Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 11:00 AM, 707 Browning Rd., Delano, CA 93215. A committal service will occur Wednesday, June 24, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at North Kern District Cemetery, 627 Austin St., Delano, CA 93215. A burial will occur Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at North Kern District Cemetery, 627 Austin St., Delano, California 93215-3200.

Serving as pallbearers are Christopher Ortega, John Carranza, Aaron Castro, Chris Buenaventura, Richard Idolyantes, Ruben Devibar, Chaldean Delgado and Armando Manaay.
