I'm sorry this message is so late.  I still wake up and have to remind myself that I can't call Aida to say hello, or stop by for our wonderful talks.  Aida was such a loving and comforting person.   Absolutely irreplaceable in so many lives, including mine.  May her memory (and Louis') always be for a blessing.   Thank you for sharing  both of your wonderful parents with us.


I was sorry to hear about the passing of Aida.  I knew both Aida and Lou through their daughter, Nancy Galanter Sadicarios , who is also a survivor.  Aida was sweet, kind and good natured.  Always very welcoming and  made you feel right at home.  She will be missed by those who knew her, especially by her loving daughter who was always very attentive to her parents.

Dear Bruce and Nancy,
You have my deepest condolences. I know how much it hurts.
Your mother was the most precious gem in your parents' store. Aida had her own special charm and energy and she'll always have a special place in my heart. 
May her memory be for a blessing!
