I just learned of Bruce’s passing and I wanted to extend my condolences to his family. He was a genuinely good person. I worked with him on drinking water issues and he was always so pleasant and easy to work with. Even on the phone, I could hear him smiling. He was one of a kind and I’m fortunate to have known him. We all will miss his kind nature and positivity.

Bruce always presented a kind smile, good laugh and genuine love of life.  He was a willing hand and kind soul who brought a light to any gathering and many memories of good times.  A loving husband and father he always put family first and brought laughter to many family gatherings to which I was part.  Good memories.  Thanks Bruce for being part of my life.   Until we meet again. 

What a great guy!  I remember taking the dogs out in the morning and hear him whistling.  After not hearing that, knowing something was wrong, it was sad.  Our best to the whole family.  He will be greatly missed.!!

My sincere condolences. Bruce was always happy, whistling away. His laughter was contagious and he always had time for a quick chat. He will be greatly missed.

Bruce's big heart and personality were contagious. He was a great man and will surely be missed. Our hearts break for you and your family during this incredibly difficult time.

Judy and Family, Jim and I are so sorry to hear about Bruce. I remember meeting him when my Mom (Thelma) worked at the Allamuchy store. Then we would see him frequently when he worked for Lake Lenape Water Co.  He was the most pleasant man, always smiling and took time to chat. I’m sure there are so many people who will miss him.  Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this sad time.

Dear Judy, Kelli, Brian and Sam ,
   Words can not express how I an feeling. I pray we find the strength though this difficult time !!
   There are many tears as I write this,,,but then smiles as I remember Bruce and all the fun times !!
   Kelli had asked about the story of his bandaged knee !! He wanted to play with the fish. so he moved an empty old , cracked fish tank ..pushed it to the big tank...climbed up on it and fell though.  Though all the crying when asked what happened...he said " The fish bit me !!! "
  He LOVED to pull pranks on our cousins Kenny and Stephen Phily .   One time playing cowboys and Indians...Bruce put war paint on Stephen's face with food coloring !! The nuns at their Catholic School were not happy !!  Another time he talked them into going on a walk around the block...of course their blocks are very small living in Clifton !!  So out we went and 4 hours later we made it back home !!  They were not expecting that one !!!  LOL
     Most of the time Bruce's comedic relief  had us in stitches  while making memories!!  I will always remember how he was  a friend to everyone....that smile on his face ..and most of all that 
mischievous look in his eye !!   I will LOVE you forever.Give Mom a hug and kiss  tell her and the rest of the family they are always in my heart !   Love you , Pat

guy, who liked to laugh at life.    
It was a pleasure knowing him and I will keep you all in my prayers.

I am truly sorry to hear of Bruce's passing.  He was one of a kind and I will miss him.  It was a sincere pleasure to have been his Optometrist for the last 25 or so years.  He was more than a patient, I considered him a friend.  I always looked forward to his appointments.  
Bruce filled the room with his warmth, intelligence and humor.  I loved our conversations which always made me get a little behind in my schedule.  However, I truly didn't mind that because he always left me smiling and laughing.

"Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal; Love leaves a memory that no one can steal."

Rest in Peace my dear friend.  




Bruce was a great friend and mentor.  He was extremely kind and funny.  His door was always open and he loved to serve his community.  I loved to talk to him about the environment and all of the wildlife he would constantly encounter at work and also in his free time.  It seemed to bring him so much peace and pleasure to talk about and be in nature.  Bruce  is one of the few people that I could say with absolute certainty, he loved his job, he loved his family and his compassion knew no bounds!  He is a true shinning example of a natural born leader and I will miss him dearly!  

I'm so sorry to hear of Bruce's passing.

He was a very, very good man and a friend to all of us.

I'll always remember him for his faith, honesty, integrity, good humor and loyalty to family, friends and his job.

On July 10th, 2020, the New Jersey Water Association Board of Directors voted to award Bruce with our highest honor, the Malcom Fraser Award.  It was to be presented to him in October in recognition of his long and dedicated service to his profession, the environment, and to our association, of which he was a liked and respected Board Member and Officer.

Bruce will be sorely missed.

Dear Aunt Judy, Kelli (Sam) & Brian,
I am deeply sadden of Uncle Bruce passing. He will be miss dearly! Prayers and Thoughts are with you all!
I had a day of tears but also cherish the fun times of us.
I enjoyed our snipe hunting at camp without him I would had never known about the tricks I was so excited to see a glowing bird running into a paper bag while beating stick against the ground for hours but yet not one glowing snipe. Haha trick was on us kids.  But campers around had a good laugh.
Remembered the day Dad and Uncle Bruce went hunting a beautiful buck was standing in front of them Dad said shoot Uncle Bruce shot with his camera. Beautiful picture it was. 
Uncle Bruce  was such a fun person I could go on of his silliness. I am proud to say he was my Uncle. 
Uncle Bruce brought a lot of joy and laughter's to our family. 
Please stay strong he is now with Grandma she and family members and Friends were all there with open arms. Gram will care for him once again. He is with our loving family members and yes they are already at their jokes....
