Susan was born in Sodus, NY on September 5, 1960 the daughter of the late Donald Frederick Guillaume & Joyce Mildred Weidinger Guillaume.

She is survived by: her husband: Carlos Ruiz of the home.

Sisters: Cathy Guillaume of New York and Kim Guillaume & (husband) Santos Cruz of Benson, NC
