She was born in Fresno on January 5th, 1937 to Chris and Leona Alavezas. Marge was a graduate of Kerman High School and worked retail afterwards.
Marge met her husband Mario in high school. They would frequent the Bel-Madera drive-in and their relationship blossomed into the most beautiful family. Throughout their lives, Marge and Mario shared the most incredible adventures, taking their children and grandchildren throughout the country from racetrack to racetrack, making each other laugh every step of the way. Her family was her most cherished accomplishment.
No one ever went hungry in Grandma’s house, and if they did she reminded them it would “be their own fault.” Marge always made sure to have a favorite snack for her visitors. Even the family dog Lucy got special meals, so much so that the grandkids would joke the dog ate better than us.
Grandma loved the family vacations to the beach. She always emphasized how much she enjoyed putting her feet in the ocean. At home she enjoyed watching her stories and tennis in her rocking chair, doing puzzles to keep her mind sharp, and teasing her kids and grandkids about their favorite football teams.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents Chris and Leona, husband Mario Bringetto, sister Janet, and son-in-law Kenny.
She is survived by her children Connie (Kenny) and Mario (Susan), grandchildren Kevin (Esperanza), Mike (Sara), Jarrett (Shannon), and Anthony (Paige), great grandchildren Jessica (Nick), Bella, Vanna, Vivian, Giuliana, Marco, Mason, and Emiliana, and one great great granddaughter Kensley.
