Bonnie J. Bufkin

Bonnie Jean Bufkin, 82, of Evansville passed away May 12, 2024. She was born December 8, 1941 in Evansville to the late William and Floise (Brack) Rupe. She worked as a real estate agent and broker, and later worked at Christmas Around the World. Bonnie enjoyed Sudoku puzzles and traveling and had been to several countries. She was a go-getter and very talented in sales. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Derek Bufkin. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Spencer Bufkin; daughter, Deneen Butler; grandchildren, Sabrina Butler and Hunter Butler; and great grandchildren, Elise Erdmeier, Rosie Erdmeier, and Kyiah Butler. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday May 16, 2024 at Alexander North Chapel, with burial to follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
