That is exactly what our Lito, as we called him, did, took care of things, worked hard and made things happen.
Lito was born in Bogota, Colombia, in 1950, to el abuelito Jorge and abuelita Lola, He had 9 siblings and grew up with his loving family by his side. He finished high school and went to college to graduate as an economist in 1972. During the same year he got married to Alba and together raised their family in Bogota, and they stayed there until the time came to become grandparents. Then they moved to Orlando, Florida. Lito had 5 granddaughters and 3 great-granddaughters, and a baby on the way.
He was such a caregiver, as he loved to listen and give advice to anyone who needed it. He was also an amazing singer and a comedian by nature. He always said just the right word or joke, even during the most difficult times ,,, he made us laugh until the very end.
As an economist, he always gave us a lecture on how to save and multiply what we got, how to be humble and live a good and simple life, being grateful for everything the good Lord provides for us. He was the best at repairing and fixing anything and everything, and he loved his flowers !!
One thing can be said for sure about our Lito is that he left an IMPRESSION in every single person he met, and we will forever miss him.
