When Tonya was young, her mom married Red Fathera and he became her father.
Tonya graduated from high school and took many college classes through the years. She very much enjoyed learning.
Tonya was a very kind and caring person; always trying to help people in need. She volunteered with a group of young girls in trouble with an organization in Colorado Springs. Tonya had a personality of pure joy always smiling, full of love. Her light always shined bright. Tonya had a free spirit way about her that all could see.
Tonya leaves behind three children; two grandchildren; one sister and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her dog, Rocky Road, who was her companion and a very special part of her life.
Tonya met many friends, who meant a lot to her, through the years.
Tonya enjoyed artwork and antiques and sharing her stories on her life. She never gave up and kept smiling until God called her home.
There will be a Celebration of Tonya's Life at a later date.
