In loving memory of Frances Arlene Ulrich, a remarkable woman whose legacy will forever shine brightly in the hearts of those who knew her. With a Bachelor’s of Science and a distinguished 20-year career in the Army National Guard, she embodied the values of hard work, dedication, and passion. As a mother to two wonderful children, Zach (Chelsi) and Leah (Evan), and a grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren, Kinzee, Wryn, and Kyrian, she never missed an opportunity to tell others how proud she was of them and all they accomplished.
With her vibrant spirit and unwavering ability to uplift others, she illuminated even the darkest days, leaving a lasting imprint of joy on all who crossed her path. Fran was a beacon of generosity, touching the lives of countless individuals with her selfless acts of compassion. She had an amazing ability to make you laugh, and would talk for hours if you allowed. Her love for animals knew no bounds, and her passion for helping others was truly inspiring.
She was preceded in death by her mother Alice and father Edward. She is survived by her loving children, grandchildren, and countless friends, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd., (HOOVER RD AT KINGSTON AVE), Grove City. Her family, at a later date, will have a scattering ceremony off the coast of Florida to spread Fran’s ashes.
