Marshall Jr. Kitterman

Marshall J. Kitterman, loving husband, father, and papaw, passed away May 12, 2024. He was born August 28, 1927 to the late Marshall A. and Violet A. (Lasley) Kitterman in Corydon, Indiana. He received a Pharmacy degree from Purdue and had longtime employment with CIBA/GEIGY. Marshall was a Mason (Mystic Tie Lodge #398 Free & Accepted Masons), a member of the Scottish Rite Chorus, and was of E.U.B. faith. Marshall enjoyed family vacations throughout the U.S. He and his wife enjoyed numerous golf trips with their close friends. He continued to play golf through his 95th year. Marshall was also an avid bowler and card player. Survivors include his daughter, Marsha (Buzz) Cheesman; his son, Randall (Jane) Kitterman; six grandchildren, Jim Cheesman, Shelly(Chris) Riemer, Lauren Kitterman, Brett (Megan) Kitterman, Carrie Campassi, Richie Cheesman; six great-grandchildren; Carter, Austin, Sky, Addison, Colton, and Kali. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary of 63 years, and brothers, Keith and Bernard. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 12-2 PM followed by a service at 2 PM at Leppert Mortuary – Nora Chapel, 740 E. 86th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. Entombment to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
