Stanley Marc Schwartz, 70, beloved husband, father and “Pappa”, of Paso Robles, California, passed away on May 10, 2024, after a long course with early-onset Alzheimer’s Disease. He began his journey bravely and courageously, with a beautiful and exquisite mind and a loving heart, only to lose these qualities over eleven years that made him such a wonderful and caring person. Stan was born in Brooklyn, New York to Esther and Irving Schwartz, and is survived by his wife, Ginger, sons Aaron Schwartz and Brian Alhadeff, sister Karen Schwartz, daughter-in-law Luana Gerardis Alhadeff, grandchildren Eva and Noah Alhadeff, niece and nephews Diane Hopkins (husband Richard Hopkins), Jim Golini, Mike Golini and David Golini (wife, Corazon), and cousins Donna and Allen Berman, Craig and Rachel Schwartz, and Michael Schwartz. Stan attended Lakewood High School in Lakewood, California, received his Bachelor of Science Degree from UC Irvine, and his Pharmacy Doctorate from USC School of Pharmacy, working in the field of hospital and retail pharmacy for over 35 years. Stan and Ginger were married for 42 years, living most of them in Orange County, before moving to Paso Robles. Stan loved his family, his work, and was a sports enthusiast, enjoying football and baseball, and especially being a part of his son Aaron’s baseball life for over 16 years. He loved coming to Brian’s performances throughout his career, especially those conducted through Opera San Luis Obispo. He loved being a “Pappa” to grandchildren Eva and Noah. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, especially to see his son Aaron play baseball at Johns Hopkins University, and to experience Europe, Alaska, Hawaii, most of the East Coast, and traveling throughout California and most of the USA. Funeral services will be held with family and friends on Friday, May 24, at Los Osos Valley Memorial Park, with a celebration reception following at the home of Ginger Alhadeff Schwartz in Paso Robles.
