Reynalda Flores Saldivar, affectionately known as Reyna or "Big Red," passed away unexpectedly on May 8th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Born to Raul and Clotilde Chapa (deceased), Reyna's vibrant spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her.
Reyna was a true fashionista with a passion for both the culinary arts and dancing. Her exuberance made her the heartbeat of every gathering, earning her the nickname "Big Red." She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and the countless individuals whose lives she brightened.
Reyna is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, Jose Saldivar, her loving daughter Crystal Saldivar, and her adored grandchildren Kaylie and Andrew Silvas. She is also survived by her siblings: sisters Ernestina (Robert) and Anna (Jorge), and brother Miguel (Georgia), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Raul and Clotilde Chapa, and her brother Raul (Laurie).
Reyna's memory will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Though she may have departed this life, her legacy of kindness and joy will continue to inspire all who were touched by her presence.
