He went fishing, hunting and in his younger years played softball with his CF&I buddies. He enjoyed playing his guitar, singing and dancing at family gatherings and was very handy and creative helping anyone who needed a "Mr. Fix-It". He was a loyal Bronco fan and also cheered for the Rockies, Av’s and Nuggets. In his later years, he enjoyed listening to and singing gospel music with Lora. He especially enjoyed the time he spent with his furry buddies Taco, Bella, Diogee and CD. He will be enormously missed by everyone who was blessed to know and love him.
The family would like to thank Pastor Rob and Naomi Reyes and everyone who visited with Phil during his final days on earth, the nursing staff at Atlas and Hospice who were so helpful and son Daryl and wife Lora who spent many days and nights lovingly accompanying Po on his journey home.
