HOFFMAN, Thomas William, 80 of Sandwich, MA, passed away unexpectedly on May 7, 2024 with his loving wife of 50 years by his side. He was born to the late Thomas J. Hoffman and Anne L. (Leslie) in Hoboken, NJ on April 19, 1944.
Tom grew up in Bayonne, NJ and graduated from Bayonne High School in 1962. He joined the Army National guard in 1963 and was enlisted for four years. A printer by trade, he worked in commercial printing in NJ for many years.
Tom enjoyed kayaking, working in the yard, and being a limo driver on Cape Cod. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and great friend. Tom was an advocate for veterans, animals, and the environment. He particularly enjoyed walking the beaches of the Jersey Shore, Down East Maine, Cape Cod, and Pawleys Island, SC.
He is survived by his wife Lisa Hoffman, his daughter Vanessa Everett and husband Brian Everett of Mashpee, MA, his son Andreas Wasacz of Nutley, NJ, and his grandchildren; Andrea, Angel, and Thomas who he loved so much.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
