Born in Paducah, Kentucky to the late Harry and Patsy Jones, Kelly’s family was her life. Married to her husband Rich for 43 years, Kelly stayed very involved in both her children and later grandchildren’s lives. When her children were young, she was the first to volunteer for sewing band uniforms or chaperoning school field trips.
Her grandkids knew that their Mimi would always be on the sidelines of any of their sports games cheering for them. Kelly had a knack for hospitality; the neighborhood looked forward to her yearly Halloween party where she would cook chili and everyone knew they were welcome at her home.
A longtime member of the Warren Woods Baptist Church, Kelly supported their youth groups for years and served in multiple leadership roles. She later moved to The Woods Church where she continued to be an active member. Kelly was a supporter of Certain Hope Community, a christian-based organization supporting families of children with special needs, and loved to volunteer when she could.
A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, Kelly will be missed deeply by all who survive her. Beloved wife of Rich Breitenbeck. Loving mom of Casey Breitenbeck and Jamie (Peter) Boyse. Cherished Mimi of Amelia, Everleigh, and Becket. Dear sister of Karen (the late Doug) Spodeck. Caring aunt of Heather Spodeck, Matthew Delang and Marissa (Delang) Agattas.
