Leaving behind to honor Robert's life and legacy are his loving wife of 55 years, Margaret "Bitsy" Aldridge; children, Jenni Aldridge (Brian Martin), Robert "Duffy" Aldridge Jr. (Nicole), Adam Aldridge (Tanya), and Jessica Aldridge (Saro); grandchildren, Heather, Liam, Kiera, Josie, Nash, Lainey, Lucas, Grayson, Violet; sisters, Frances Wetherington and Donna Bennett; and many loving family members and close friends.
Robert is preceded in death by his infant son, David Ashley Aldridge, and sister, Helen Rambin.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Cotten Funeral Home. Following the service, Robert will be laid to rest at Greenleaf with military honors.
