I just attended our high school reunion - 50 years since graduation. I remember Bart from the third grade at Monmouth Court School in Livingston. He was a funny kid - he used to re-enact WWII battles on his desk, aircraft making strafing runs. I am sad never to have met him as an adult. So amazing to think that young warrior became a beloved doctor. 
Rest in peace, Bart.

He was was one of the best doctors I known he helped me for so many years before we moved away to another state..I had a seizure issue and night terrors he took care of , he was awesome..

I’m so sorry To hear just today in regard to everyone’s loss  to dr. Barts passing. The news hit me in my heart truly to learn of his passing just today. I remember so many things that he used to say and I felt that he was a friend but most of all him being so proud of his granddaughter. I’ve seen so many pictures of his granddaughter his mom his daughter and many family members   Best wishes to all the family I wish I would’ve known for sure I would’ve made an appearance. 🙏❤️

Fondly remembering the day Marie and I told Dr G. He looked especially good In his dark blue scrubs. He lovingly responded.
" So basically you're telling me that I look like sh.. the rest of the time. "
We will never forget The three of us laughing. 
Always jovial and a bedside manner second to none.
You're loving spirit will be greatly missed.
We love you Dr G!!

Dr. Bart Gershenbaum was not just my Dr. We shared fond memories of our grandchildren and our children. He helped me through some very hard times personally and he was the best Dr. I could ever hope to find. May God bless you and your family.
