He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Gwen; daughter, Valerie; stepdaughter, Deborah; stepson, Burton; grandchildren and step grandchildren; brothers, John (Anne) and Doug (Sandy) and many nieces and nephews. David was predeceased by Ruth, his mother; Arthur his father; son, Alan and a grandson, Evan, a sister, Dianne and brother, Stephen. David was born in Washington DC and spent 46 years in Montgomery County Md.
He owned several real estate companies, a residential building company and an insurance company. He married Gwen in 1983. They moved to St Pete Beach, Florida in 1998 where he and Gwen have lived the dream life the last 22 years. David was an active member at Pasadena Yacht and Country Club and recently retired as Treasurer and a Director of the Cruising Fleet. He was also a member of the Holiday Isles Elks Club Madeira Beach. David served as a board president for the Courageous Condominium at the Yacht and Tennis Club of St Pete Beach for many years and just recently designed an entire new website for the Yacht and Tennis Club.
David and Gwen did not plan on David's rare bone marrow cancer and leukemic pneumonia to disrupt and abruptly end their beautiful life together. There are no service arrangements due to Corona Virus.
