Born in Clemson, SC to the late William James and Gloria (Milone) Fullum, he was raised in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Andover, NJ in 2003. William attended Baruch College. Prior to his retirement he worked for New York Daily News for 47 years. William was a past member of Stag Gun Club, a former Eagle Scout of Troop 172 and Order of the Arrow.
William is survived by his siblings; Deborah Silvano, Robert Fullum and his wife Roseann, Carol Farrell, Gloria Brimer and her husband Charles and Joseph Fullum and his wife Enza and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his cherished cat Carrots. Along with his parents he was predeceased by his sister Maryellen Wilkins, his brother Francis Fullum and brother-in-law Thomas Farrell.
A memorial service will be held privately at a later date.
