Lillykutty was born on Feb 20,1954 in Urukunnu, Punalur, Kollam to John Mathai (MM John) and Aleyamma John of the Manappurathu family. She was the third of nine children, all of whom were raised in a godly manner, and as devoted Christians in the Pentecostal faith.
Lillykutty accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior at a very young age, witnessed the Lord in Water Baptism and was filled with Holy Spirit. She was in active fellowship with Assemblies of God Church, Kulathupuzha in her early years. In1976, Lillykutty was married to Daniel Thomas from Mylapalli House, Chandhanakavu, Kulathupuzha. The Lord blessed them with three children.
Lillykutty devotedly served her family and friends, working hard from sunrise to sunset, providing a home that extended warm and generous hospitality to everyone. Her daily life reflected her heart to bless everyone she encountered. Lillykutty lived well and faithfully served the Lord. God continued to bless her family throughout her life, giving her six grandchildren. She enjoyed her life with her family and was loving and caring. Lillykutty was a loving wife, a nurturing mother, an affectionate grandmother, a loving sister in Christ, and a hospitable friend. She loved the church and was a member of Hebron Pentecostal Fellowship church in Dallas.
She is survived by her husband Daniel Thomas of Plano; daughter Blessy & her husband Abraham, of Plano; son Alexander & his wife Viji of Dubai; son Johnson & his wife Joji of Plano. Her grandchildren are Ashley, Bessley, Joel, Starra, Steve and Hazel.
Lillykutty will be missed by many, but she will be remembered as one who endured to the end, encouraging many as she faithfully and joyfully lived her life and calling.
