"The staff. Anything we requested was accommodated. I noticed on the day of the service, the staff were constantly attending to the guests for assisting my elderly cousin to a seat during the service to handing out water to the guests. They assisted everyone needing assistance at any point with anything needed. I had numerous friends and family members come up to us and tell us what a beautiful service it had been. Each of them said it with such compassion, I do not believe they were just being cordial but sincerely felt it had been a beautiful ceremony. The dove release has been mentioned several times. Even people I had never met before approached me to comment. The staff had Hillcrest played a vital role in ensuring we had the ceremony we ended up having. Thank you to each and every one who played a role in our services, from those behind the scene to those front and center, you have my families eternal gratitude for the role you played and the memories you helped create. Thank you Hillcrest!"

"Just going to copy and paste what I wrote above as I feel it's applicable. The staff was very personable, caring and took time to listen to my needs. Although they came in a little more expensive, I could ensure with Hillcrest that my Dad would be treated with dignity and respect. In addition, my father looked very presentable, and they did not shave his beard which I was very worried about as he loved his beard (lol). Lastly, the grounds were very beautiful and well maintained."
