Shane has been the manager at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel since May 2017. He graduated from the Western School of Funeral Service (now the Canadian College of Funeral Service) in 2004. Shane started his career in 1999 and worked in both the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas, serving families with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Shane enjoys camping, hiking, fishing and spending time with his family.

Ronald Anthony Slavin
Born and raised in North Burnaby, Tony Slavin is a fourth-generation funeral director. Proud of his longstanding family heritage and service to the Burbaby and Vancouver communities, Tony’s funeral service career began in 1985 while working alongside his father and grandfather. He received his professional training at British Columbia Institute of Technology through the British Columbia Provincial Apprenticeship program.
Over the years, Tony has actively participated in various industry and community organizations, including the British Columbia Funeral Service Association from 1986 to 1999, of which he served a two-year term as president. He has also been involved with Burnaby Hospice Society and the Knights of Columbus.
