    A licensed funeral director since 2009, Isabel graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor's degree in sociology. After graduation she attended Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and she has had the honor to serve many families during their most difficult of times.

    Isabel views her service as a ministry, especially when able to lead grief support groups. She served on the board for the Louisiana Funeral Director Association and is a member of the National Funeral Director Association.

    Isabel's family and friends are very important to her and she treasures traveling and spending time with them.

  • Scarlet Paige Whalen

    General Manager

    Scarlet graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service with a degree in applied mortuary science in November 2004. Since graduation, she has served the North Dallas community as a licensed funeral director and embalmer in addition to various other roles. Scarlet has a passion for funeral service and is committed to caring for each family she serves as if they were her own.
  • Katherine Faille

    Funeral Director

    In 2001, Katherine Faille earned her degree in Mortuary Science from Worsham College. She moved to Texas in 2009 after serving as a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Illinois and Arizona. She worked in West Texas before joining our team in the Dallas area. In her free time, she enjoys going to the movies, walking her dog, exploring new places with her family, and taking road trips.

  • Maria Morgan

    Funeral Director

    In 2013, Maria Morgan graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Services. She has been on our team, serving both English and Spanish-speaking families, since 2014. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and loved ones.

  • Hector Manuel Villanueva Castillo

    Funeral Director

    Born in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, Hector Villanueva moved with his family to the United States as a teen. He received his bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University and worked for his alma mater for six years as the multicultural recruitment admissions counselor. With a passion for helping others, Hector moved to Texas in 2017 and attended the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, graduating in 2019. Working in the funeral industry has taught him that everyone has a special story and it is important to honor those who have passed. Outside of work, Hector enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places, meeting new people and learning about their unique experiences.
