  • Todd Clayton

    Funeral Director

    Todd started working in the funeral service while still in high school. In 1975, he graduated from Wayne State University and became a licensed funeral director. Todd has always been involved in his community. In 2012, he was awarded as Grand Blanc Citizen of the Year. He is an active member of the Masons and Shriners. He later headed the Great Lakes Shrine Association. Each year, you can find Todd at the Shrine Circus, either greeting people or as Toby the clown, entertaining children. Todd’s other love is the Boy Scouts of America. For 7 years, Todd served as a Scoutmaster and is now an assistant Scoutmaster and Charter Organization Representative for the Troop, Crew and Pack. Todd also serves the local Boy Scout Council as a unit commissioner, and on the Friend of Scouting campaign and Order of the Arrow elections. Most of all, Todd enjoys spending time with his family.

  • Rebecca Amber Maki

    Funeral Director

    Rebecca “Bekki” has been a licensed funeral director for over 4 years. In 2012, she graduated from Wayne State University with her bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science. She started her career with Hill, Brown and Reigle Funeral Homes in 2012, and later moved to the west side of Michigan to serve families at a sister funeral home in Muskegon. Here, she was a member of the Jaycees, volunteer at the local Humane Society and Kid’s Food Basket. In 2015, she returned to Genesee County. Originally from Madison Heights, Bekki currently resides in Burton. She was rewarded for her hard work and dedication to serving families with the Service Excellence Award in 2016. Through compassion, dignity and respect, she strives to create memorable services and celebrations. In her spare time, Bekki enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts and going to Detroit Tigers baseball games.

  • Michael R Munroe

    Funeral Director

    Mike began working at the funeral home as an ambulance driver in 1978. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Mortuary Science in 1983 and has been a licensed funeral director for over 33 years. He is a member of the Lions Club and enjoys reading about the Civil War. He was recognized by JD Powers for customer service excellence. Mike and his wife, Gail, live in Davison. They have 2 married adult children, and enjoy spending time with their granddaughter.

  • Jilliann Trudy Rutherford

    General Manager

    Jilliann holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in mortuary science from Wayne State University. Her education and life experience have provided the skills necessary for her to assist those in need with compassion, empathy and understanding. Jilliann directs the funeral home's LIFT® program, which helps widows and widowers adjust to the loss of their spouses. The knowledge that she is serving people during one of the more difficult times in their lives keeps Jilliann motivated.

    Jilliann was raised on a small horse farm in Lexington, Michigan. She currently lives in Grand Blanc with her husband and 2 stepchildren.
