  • Philip Seagrove


    Phil started at Cresmount Funeral Home – Fennell Chapel in 1983 as a part-time garage man while still in high school. After getting his funeral director license in 1988, Phil was hired full time to guide families through planning funerals and memorials. He became funeral home manager in 1996.

    Phil grew up in the Hamilton Mountain community. He and his wife have two sons. He enjoys time with his family and is busy at church, serving the youth ministry, children's ministry, drama team and worship team. He also plays on and coaches local sports teams.

  • Jessica Lynn Capretta

    Funeral Director

    Jessica was born and raised on Hamilton Mountain. She joined the Cresmount Funeral Home – Fennell Chapel team in 2010 as an intern and became a licensed funeral director in 2011. She is dedicated to the families she serves.

    Passionate about giving back to the Hamilton community, Jessica volunteers at the annual Good Shepherd Christmas dinner, serving meals to nearly 2,500 hungry men, women and children. She is a longtime parishioner at Blessed Sacrament Parish, where she is a Eucharistic minister.

    In her spare time, Jessica enjoys time with family and friends and likes to play soccer.

  • D'Andre Leslie

    Funeral Director

    D'André Leslie was born and raised on Hamilton Mountain and is of Jamaican descent. A licensed funeral director since 2017, D'André finds great fulfillment in guiding families through one of the most personal times in life. He is an active member of ACTS Community Worship Centre at The Living Rock, enjoys traveling to new places and participating in fundraising events.
  • Ian Mckechnie

    Funeral Director

    Ian has worked at Cresmount Funeral Home – Fennell Chapel for more than 2 decades. Outside of work, Ian stays busy with community theatre groups, including The Player's Guild, Hamilton Theatre and Hammer Entertainment. His stage roles include Henry Higgins (My Fair Lady) and Uncle Fester (The Addams Family). Ian loves Halloween and volunteers as a zombie at Bingemans Screampark.

  • Jenny Lee Young

    Funeral Director

    Jenny Lee Young began her funeral service career assisting families with planning funeral arrangements in advance. Throughout her tenure, she has worked in various capacities of the funeral industry but realized her desire to assist families during their time of need. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her two children.

  • Robert Young


    Born and raised in Hamilton, Rob has been part of the Dignity Memorial network since 2002. He joined Cresmount Funeral Home – Fennell Chapel in 2008. Rob lives on Hamilton's East Mountain and has 2 children. They attend Rymal Road Community Church in Hannon.

  • Stephanie Scales

    Funeral Director

    After beginning a different career track, Stephanie found a passion for the funeral service. She completed her internship with our team and now serves as assistant manager. Stephanie enjoys physical fitness and believes in living an active and healthy lifestyle. She also enjoys community service and taking an active part in her community.
