Former U.S. Army officer Thomas Keith Harris has made a career of serving others. Tom graduated from The University of Florida in 1984 and went on to attend Campbell University for his post-graduate studies. He received his funeral directing certificate from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services in Houston and has provided professional, compassionate funeral care to families since 2014. Tom is also a licensed air transport pilot.
Patrick joined the Dignity Memorial team in 2012. He believes a celebration of life is much more than a statement about a family’s loss—that it is a declaration of lives touched and memories to be forever cherished. Patrick attended college in Jacksonville and lived in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and Chicago before returning to Jacksonville in 1992.
Ivy L Mackay
Ivy has worked in the funeral industry since her high school days. She has provided compassionate care to families with the Dignity Memorial network in Jacksonville since 2007. After graduating from University of North Florida in 2003 with a bachelor's in criminal justice and a minor in psychology, Ivy got her degree in funeral services in 2005 from Florida Community College of Jacksonville.
When Ivy is not at the funeral home, you can find her with family, friends and her dogs. She also enjoys spending time at the beach or outdoors and watching college football.
Carl J Rasmussen
Carl has served in the funeral business for more than 35 years. He believes in tailoring each funeral to the needs and desires of every individual family—and in exceeding expectations. Carl graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in Dallas. He is a U.S. Army veteran. Carl grew up on his family’s Iowa farm. Today, he and his wife, Gwen, live in Fernandina Beach. They enjoy spoiling their grandchildren, traveling, the beaches in Northeast Florida and golf.
Jody A Brandenburg
As president of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Homes, Joseph "Jody" Brandenburg has a passion for helping client families. That drive manifests itself through the staff members he mentors, who share his desire to deliver excellence and attention to detail beyond the expectation of every family.
Jody's wife, Janne Ferrell Brandenburg, is a Jacksonville native actively involved in many community and charitable endeavors.
