Located in Old Terrebonne, very near the Saint-Louis-de-France church, Residence Funéraire St. Louis occupies the distinguished former home of the Millette family. A graceful and grand Victorian residence, it is a beautiful and comfortable place to plan a funeral. The funeral home includes a space for funeral and memorial services. Flexible seating allows us to accommodate traditional services or more contemporary arrangements.

History

Ronald Thuot opened Residence Funéraire St. Louis in Terrebonne in 1964 in a historical home in Old Terrebonne. He and his son opened Residence Funéraire St. Louis in Mascouche in 2008. The Thuot family operated both funeral homes until 2019, when they became part of the Dignity Memorial® network, the largest group of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers in North America.

Today, both locations carry on a tradition of compassionate, professional care.
