Amanda has been in funeral service since 2006 and describes funeral directing as a "calling" in her life. She takes great pride in fulfilling families' individual needs and helping to create a dignified, personalized tribute. Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and sons Marcus, Jacob and Zachary.
Erin C Young
Erin Young grew up living above her father's funeral home in Northeast Pennsylvania. After earning a bachelor's of science from Virginia Tech, she pursued a different career path. She later left the work force to care for her children, but 12 years later, she decided to attend FINE Mortuary College and follow in her father's footsteps. Helping families through challenging times is her true passion, and she prides herself on serving each family with care and compassion. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her children and her beagle Sparky.
William Robert Duckett
William was raised and educated in southern Ohio and moved to the greater Boston area in 1968. He enrolled in the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences, graduating and becoming a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1971.
After working in the management of a large funeral home in Boston, William decided to establish his own business in Sudbury, Massachusetts, which he operated for 20 years. In 1992 he joined the Waring Family group of funeral homes in Boston and Wellesley. He continued as managing director of the Duckett Funeral Home of J.S. Waterman in Sudbury as well as the MetroWest Funeral and Cremation Service Wadsworth-Chiappini in Framingham.
Active in his community, William lives in Sudbury with his wife and is the father of 9 adult children and has 16 grandchildren and counting.
