Since the late 1990s, Helen Syrmbos has been providing comfort to families in the Scarborough area. For Helen, the most rewarding days are finished with a thank-you hug from a family and a high-five from her team. Mentorship and leading by example are 2 ways she ensures Scarborough families receive meaningful and tremendous service, and she is motivated when she sees the results of her mentorship come to fruition.
Born and raised in Scarborough, Helen loves being active. She coaches the Wexford Soccer Club house league, is a dance group member at Scarborough Orthodox Church and unwinds with yoga.
