I remember all those years ago she came to our farm house. Betty had found out about her MS. I always remember her saying that nothing was ever gone get her down and she was gonna live her life. And that she did. She did so much, she was independent and did everything. Betty was fun to talk to and a good person who will always be remembered. She will be missed. Myself and Laurie sending our thoughts and prayers to all the family.

Gordon, David, Melvin, Lana and families. I was deeply saddened to hear about the loss of yout mother grandmother great grandmother. Betty was truly a wonderful and cherished friend and even after I left Abbotsford she remained a true friend always ready to talk and support me when I needed it the most. Whenever I came out to Abbotsford the high light of my trip was meeting with your mom for lunch and a nice long chat. It seemed on those visits we didn't have enough time to catch up on everything. I will truly miss those times, but the good times and cherished memories will forever be with me. As you grieve and move forward know that she was truly proud of you all and would want you to live life to the fullest. She will always be with you in your hearts . I am sorry I can't be there at this time but please know you are in my thoughts and prayers and only a phone call away. Stay strong and know you have many famaily and friends who share in your sorrow. I will be making a donation to both the cancer and ms society in Betty's name. " rest in peace my dear friend and thanks for the memories" til we meet again love Marlene 🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️🙏🙏
