Well, I didn't know chad that well, but he was one of my favorite customers in the music store I work at.  He was friendly happy and encouraging.  Always up on music knowledge and fun to have around.  I am totally flabergasted to find out he's gone.  My day is in a dizzy now. Chad's off to a better place now.  Happy trails.

Mr. and Mrs. Milke, together our hearts broke upon hearing the dreadful news that awful day, and I have been praying for your peace and comfort since.  We were sad to not be able to travel to be with you through these dark days.  

Chad will be remembered by the thousands of students that have passed through my classroom hearing about the adventures of Chad and Bryan.  Stories of cliff jumping injuries and driving that brown Chevy Nova all over town, to sleepovers and ski trips, Chad covering for us when one one of the gang spilled on the white carpet, and of course, the apple juice incident.  Youth choir tour billets, math class, travelling with the NBC choir and our Sunday evening escapades to Maxwell Taylor's have etched beautiful memories onto our hearts and will continue to make us miss him that much more.  You 3 have been a bigger part of our lives than you'll ever know and we now look forward to the sweet embrace one day in the presence of our Lord.

We feel sad to have missed Chad's Celebration of Life Service, however, were able to view the service on line.  We needed to be here for Rita. Thanks so much for doing this. I wish to express my sincere condolences to both Chadd's parents and his family.  After being able to share in his memorial service from SK, I feel I know him even better than in the 3 years in which I worked with him at Blessings.  Chadd was to me a big brother of sorts (hope he didnt mind a little sister after all!) When the offices moved to Chilliwack i feel like we adopted each other as family - Chadd and I, and I honestly don't recall a day working there that we did not spend largely laughing and sharing our current favorite music, driving around exploring and capturing beautiful photos, or journeying over the Port Man Bridge to IKEA.  He was always smiling, and always cared.  We shared a similar passion, one which he constantly encouraged to enjoy on his behalf, an ice cream from the double decker bus in my hometown, Saskatoon.  I will surely always think fondly of my memories of Chadd, and will guard those precious reminders of the wonderful man that Chadd was.  Thank you for my big brother.

I have great memories of Chadd during our days working together at Mitchell's. A man with integrity, a big heart, and a great smile! My life was made better and richer through our friendship.

My condolences on your sad loss of Chad so suddenly. Many knew Chad better than I (working at Blessings here in Chilliwack) My last recollection was a chance meeting at the Langley store and we chatted for a good half hour or more catching upon life!
