I can still hear her distinctive voice and the sound of her laughing. Always a sparkle in her eye. We are just so very sorry to hear of her passing. Earle, Jaymie, and Sheldon, we are deeply saddened by your loss.  Words are never adequate in times like these. Our hearts go out to you.  It was a privilege to work with Darla over the years and to be able to call her our friend.  Be gentle with yourselves.

My deepest to Darla's family and friends on this incredible loss.  I worked with Darla at Supply and Services Canada and remember her as a truly caring and outstanding individual.  You will all be in my thoughts at this most difficult time.

Darla was a spark that lite up a room. She had a disarming smile that hid her mischievous side. She will be sorely missed by all, but the memories live on. A marvelous lady with a marvelous family. I was privileged to have known her.

My heart goes out to Earle, Jaymie and Sheldon. Darla was such a wonderfu,l happy, bubbly woman to work with. Always a smile to brighten your day. Rest In Peace Darla xxx
