He is survived by his children: Marsha (Theo) Wymenga, Bonnie (Russ) Stewart, Shannon Ashe, and Shelley (Larry) Franklin; daughters-in-law Lisa Tousignant and Michelle Penner Lang, 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, sister Margaret as well as extended family and friends.
Elmer was predeceased by his wife, Rena, and sons Michael and Blake.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Northview Community Church, 32040 Downes Road, Abbotsford, BC.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Elmer’s memory may be made to the Gideons.
