He was born in Poland in 1932 and eventually moved to Canada in 1951. Eugene established himself in BC, learning the English language and working in the lumber industry during his early years. Eugene joined the Seventh Day Adventist Church in 1976, becoming part of community, Bible study and book sales. He was deeply committed to the church and served faithfully until his late 80s. Eugene is survived by his son, two daughters, five grandsons and two great grandsons.
