Jasmine Anne Tompkins was born on September 20, 1995 and passed away on March 25, 2018 and is under the care of Henderson's Fraser Valley Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life will be held on April 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Squiala Community Hall , 45005 Squiala Road, Chilliwack, British Columbia.
