Marion Margaret Gordon was the most loving mother and grandmother and doting daughter. Her dogs Nola and Tootsie were her babies. Her patient and caring nature was evident to the people she knew. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her but more so by her daughter Karen, her “leaning post” and best friend.
Marion passed away at home in Abbotsford on October 30, 2008. She is survived by daughters Linda Gordon and Karen (Vic) Basso, grandchildren Keegan Wishlow and Paisley Gordon, brother Bill (Betsy) Duncan and sister Gladys Drapel. Marion was predeceased by her husband Joseph and her brother Jim Duncan.
A remembrance of her life was held on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Henderson’s Funeral Home in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Donations may be made in Marion’s memory to the BC Lung Association or the SPCA.
