Born on July 18, 1963, in Calgary, Alberta, Terry lived a life defined by kindness, craftsmanship, and a calm spirit that brought comfort to everyone who knew him. A master carpenter by trade, Terry had a rare gift for transforming exotic woods into works of art. His talent was matched only by his humility and easygoing nature. He often reminded others, “Life is too short to be angry,” and truly lived by that mantra. In 1999, Terry moved from Edmonton to Abbotsford, where he married the love of his life, Teri. Together they built a home filled with love, laughter, and the joyful sounds of family.
Terry is survived by his beloved partner, Teri; his children, Brandon (Courtney), Deidre (Michael), and Dexter; and his cherished grandchildren, Ethan, Ella, Ember and Emma who brought him the greatest joy. Terry had 13 brothers and sisters and many, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lorna, his father Herrald, and his sister Marlene.
A celebration of Terry’s life will be announced in the coming weeks. He will be deeply missed.
“I will miss you every day of the rest of my life. I love you now and forever.”
