Penny,

You probably don’t remember me. I was a teacher at Alexander Elementary School when Billy was in grade three back in the 90’s. 
Although Billy was not in my class at the time, I still remember his beautiful face more than 20 years later.  
Please accept my heartfelt condolences; 
my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.  I am so sorry for your loss.

Penny and Mark, I was shocked to read about Billy's passing. I remember him well with his ginger hair and cute smile, indeed he is one of those kids you never forget. Billy B went to Alexander elementary school with my boys.
