Dear Pat & family, 
Tracy called us to tell of Bill's passing.  We are so sorry, he was such a great guy. Bill has lots of memories of the times commercial fishing together.  I will always remember you reading his letters home, referring to the Groening brothers & using his famous "methinks".  We will never forget his giggle & grin.  We are in Palm Springs till April, or would have been to his service.  Thanks for the memories.

I will always remember Bill for his warm smile, great sense of humor, contagious laughter, and mostly his big heart.

The world has lost a kind, gentle person, and he will be sadly missed by many.

We will always remember you Bill and will  in our hearts forever. We spend many exciting flight journeys  flying  over the Fraser Valley and the United States. You were closer  than a brother to me and  enjoyed all the big project we got into

Uncle Billy always had a zest for living and adventure. He thrived on hard work, friendship and camaraderie and as I learned thru the years he kept them all going strong.
He was at times a man of few words which made him a great listener and he was always interested in what you had to say.
Our journey in life has taken us in various directions with many forks in the road but this past year I was truly blessed to have one more "adventure" with him...together we shared a beautiful path with my Mom that I will not forget and will always cherish.
Uncle Billy you are truly missed and will be forever in my prayers and sweet memories...

I was lucky to have an Uncle like him.  He was a special man to me and I could alway count on him being there.  I am grateful that I got to have im in my life.  There really isn't anyone that could take his place and I will miss him greatly.  He was well loved.

We lost a great guy Pat, and just a note to say Barb and I are thinking about you and family. Bill was always happy and a joy to be around. When I think of trips with him I remember us drinking and Bill consuming the hamburgers previously mentioned. We gave him the nickname "wimpy" after Popeyes burger eating friend..
If you asked Bill anything he would always respond with "you're kiddin" and I can still hear him today. See you sometime Bill.......

Pat and family, so sorry for your loss. I raced motorcycles and travelled with Bill in the late 60's, early 70's, enjoyed his infectious laugh and watching him eat 2 cheesburgers in 12 seconds.
