Charles Ysabel Rosales, 95, passed away January 17, 2012 in El Paso, TX. Services will be 11:00a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012 at St. Francis Catholic Church with burial following in Abilene City Cemetery under the direction of Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory St., Abilene, TX. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 to 8p.m. at the funeral home.
Charles was born on July 21, 1916 in Rhineland, TX to Luis and Delores (Bastardo) Rosales. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Abilene, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sons, Charles Rosales, Jr. and Ysidro Rosales.
Survivors include a son, Jesse Rosales of Abilene; a daughter, Rebeca Rosales Goodbar of El Paso, TX; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
