Julie Anne Kounce, born on April 17, 1959, in Corvallis Oregon, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on October 2, 2024, at the age of 65. She was the beloved daughter of the late Autumn Bennett and Glenn Pelt. She was predeceased by her siblings, Cathy Haedt and Richard Pelt. Their time on Earth was too short, but they are reunited in Heaven.
She is survived by her loving children, Kevin, Glenn, and Jaclyn Kounce. As a devoted single mother, she worked tirelessly to provide for her children and was a pillar of strength to everyone who knew her. Her heart was always open to helping others, even during her own difficult times. She had a passion for animals and nature, and was always up for an adventure.
A memorial service will be held on October 12, 2024 1pm Central time at 2519 Quail Point, Midland, Texas 79705. Flowers, photos, or memories are appreciated but not necessary. You may also consider donating to bbrfoundation.org, mhanational.org, or a local AA group, in her memory.
